PARKING
Fans are encouraged to arrive as early as possible and pre-purchase parking to avoid traffic.
Be aware of the following events in the Arena District that may impact traffic and parking:
Delays on Nationwide Blvd and coming from the north
- Kemba Live - Ryan Adams at 8 p.m.
- Nationwide Arena - Hot Wheels Monster Trucks 12:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. shows
- Huntington Ballpark -Cardale Jones Softball Charity Event 4 p.m.
Fans are encouraged to utilize the approved entry routes to limit traffic.
NEW SCAVENGER HUNT
Calling all young Black & Gold fans! Kids ages 14 and under can join the Crew Cat Scavenger Hunt at Lower.com Field! Take a walk around the stadium to track down hidden Kiddie Crew Cats scattered throughout — each holding a special code. Find half or all of the Crew Cats and head to Koorsen Guest Services to claim a prize!

Please be aware that the Northwest gate will be closed for the 2025 season. Fans coming from the North Lot can utilize the new North Gate for ingress and egress located behind Nordecke.
Stadium Policy Update: the Lower.com field smoking section moves to the North Gate effective starting this match
- A-Z Guide - Smoking of any type in all other areas of Lower.com is prohibited including the use of Marijuana or THC products.

- All tickets for the match are available through mobile devices; please download your ticket in advance. The easiest place to access your mobile tickets is through the official Columbus Crew App.
- No more long waits to get your ticket scanned! Scan your own ticket(s) at the Axess turnstiles, similar to what you see at the airport.
- Express Entry: Lower.com Field is now offering Express Entry featuring seamless and quick access into the stadium through Facial Ticketing. Look for the yellow “Express Entry” signs above turnstiles on the left-hand side of the AEP Gate (southeast corner). Fans can sign up for Free Express Entry before the match for the fastest way to get into Lower.com Field!

Bag Policy
- No bags are allowed into Lower.com Field with the exception of: diaper bags, medical bags, and bags smaller than 5"x8"x1". Guests with medical or childcare needs will be permitted to carry a single bag into Lower.com Field.
