Arrive early to secure your Captain's Arm Band! The first 7,500 children will receive a child sized arm band courtesy of Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

Fans are encouraged to arrive as early as possible and pre-purchase parking to avoid traffic.
Be aware of the following events in the Arena District that may impact traffic and parking:
- OHCA Convention & Expo, OVR Girls Junior Championship, and Starpower National Talent Competition
- Columbus Clippers Game at 4:05 PM
Fans are encouraged to utilize the approved entry routes to limit traffic.
Please be aware that the Northwest gate will be closed for the 2025 season. Fans coming from the North Lot can utilize the new North Gate for ingress and egress located behind Nordecke.

- No more long waits to get your ticket scanned! Scan your own ticket(s) at the Axess turnstiles, similar to what you see at the airport.
- Express Entry: Lower.com Field is now offering Express Entry featuring seamless and quick access into the stadium through Facial Ticketing. Look for the yellow “Express Entry” signs above turnstiles on the left-hand side of the AEP Gate (southeast corner). Fans can sign up for Free Express Entry before the match for the fastest way to get into Lower.com Field!
