ACCESSING CREW TICKETS

Your Crew tickets are now at your fingertips 24/7.

The easiest place to access your mobile tickets is through the official Crew app. Simply download the App through the App or Google Play Store and log into your Ticketmaster Account within the App.

Ticket package holders, including season ticket members, and group tickets can also be accessed on your phone’s web browser through their Crew Account Manager.

Single match buyers purchasing online via Ticketmaster.com will also have tickets delivered and enter via mobile device.

For ease of access, ensure that all individual members of your party can access their own tickets.

Using Axess Turnstiles to Enter Lower.com Field

At Lower.com Field, the entry process could not be quicker thanks to the self-scan Axess turnstiles, which allow fans to scan their own way into the stadium.

With our access system, a fan's entry ticket is checked in 0.1 seconds.

As a ticketholder, that means:

  1. You bring up your ticket(s) on your mobile device
  2. Scan your own ticket at the turnstile
  3. If you are with a group and hold multiple tickets, scan each ticket
  4. After all your tickets have been scanned, proceed through the turnstile
