Q: How many people qualify for a group?

Group rates start at 10 people.

Q: Do I need to pay for my tickets when I select a game?

No, you have two options to pay for group tickets:

Option #1: Place a deposit and then pay off your group experience no later than 3 weeks out from the match.

Option #2: Pay when you select your match.

Q: How do I access my tickets?

Once you finalize your group with a Columbus Crew Representative, you will be able to access your tickets via the Columbus Crew Account Manager (https://am.ticketmaster.com/crew/#/). For additional help, visit our Mobile Ticketing Page ( https://www.columbuscrew.com/tickets/mobile-ticketing).

Q: What benefits does my group receive?

Your group will receive:
