Backstopped the Crew to a six-game unbeaten streak (4-0-2) from 6/16-7/7... Notched his first shutout as a member of the Crew on 6/30 vs. N.Y. ...  Made his Crew debut on 6/16 at N.E... Missed seven games to start the season due to a right hamstring injury.

2006 MLS Season: Went 1-2-0 in three games, with the victory coming in his first-team league debut 6/10 at Columbus. Made three saves to post 1-0 shutout... 2006 U.S. Open Cup: Picked up win in Round of 32 match vs. Des Moines Menace (PDL) on 7/12... Played the full 90 minutes in 2-0 Round of 16 loss to Chicago on 8/14.

2005 MLS Season: Earned promotion from developmental roster to the senior squad and assumed role of backup goalkeeper, but did not appear in a regular-season match… 2005 Reserve Division: Made 10 starts, posting a 5-3-2 record with a 1.44 GAA and three shutouts... 2005 U.S. Open Cup: Made two starts in Open Cup play, earning a 6-1 win over the Des Moines Menace (PDL) on 8/3 in the fourth round.

2004 MLS Season: Spent his rookie professional season on the developmental roster, but did not appear in a regular-season match.

Other Pro Highlights: Has twice been called into extended U.S. National Team camps in January (2008, 2009)... Was a member of the Generation adidas Euro Tour squad that played three games in England in December 2006... Appeared in two of the games and went the full 90 minutes of a 1-0 loss to the Coventry City Reserves on 12/5/06.

College: Compiled a record of 37-12-6 in four years at Wake Forest (2000-03)… Compiled a 0.83 goals-against average, .802 save percentage, 201 saves and 5,298 minutes… Named the 2003-04 Wake Forest University Student-Athlete of the Year... 2003: Was named a NSCAA/adidas and Soccer America All-American despite playing in just 15 games as a senior... Posted a 0.77 GAA before suffering a leg injury in the second-to-last game of the regular season... Missed the ACC tournament and NCAA tournament due to the injury… 2002: Turned in the best season by a goalkeeper in Wake Forest history as a junior...
