Hot off a 4-1 victory against the Montreal Impact last week, the Black & Gold are hungry for more as they host Major League Soccer-expansion side Atlanta United FC, on July 1 at MAPFRE Stadium for a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff. It will be the two clubs' second and final meeting of the 2017 regular season.
The last time the two clubs met was just two weeks ago on June 17 at Bobby Dodd Stadium. With a quick turnaround, Atlanta opened the scoring in the 16th minute before a Federico Higuain equalizer tied things up before halftime. Unfortunately, United came back in the second half and netted two unanswered goals sending the Black & Gold home with a 3-1 defeat.
This time, however, the Black & Gold will be coming into the match well rested off a much-deserved victory that saw many milestones from last week. Atlanta on the other hand, will be heading north off a short turnaround. United lost to lower division-side Miami FC, 3-2, in U.S. Open Cup action on Wednesday.
Crew SC next hosts MLS-expansion side Atlanta United FC on July 1 at MAPFRE Stadium. The match will celebrate Military Appreciation Night while featuring post-match fireworks in honor of the upcoming July 4 holiday.

The Black & Gold welcome German Bundesliga-side and DFB Pokal-finalist Eintracht Frankfurt to MAPFRE Stadium for an international friendly on Monday, July 17. The match is set to kick off at 7:30 p.m.
