Columbus Crew plays host to FC Cincinnati on Friday, August 27 at Lower.com Field as part of the second 'Hell is Real' rivalry meeting between the two clubs this year, and there are a number of events going on in downtown Columbus in honor of the occasion!
March to the Match
Ahead of the contest, a March to the Match is set to take place, with supporters encouraged to meet up at the Battelle Plaza (103 W. Nationwide Blvd., Columbus, OH 43215) – the main rally point – beginning at 5:20 p.m. ET and departing for the stadium at 5:45 p.m. ET.

Special Olympics Honoring
There are a number of ways in which Friday's match will be honoring Special Olympics Team Ohio athletes, starting with athlete autographs for Crew supporters at the Battelle Plaza, the main meeting point for the March to the Match.
Additionally, the ceremonial goal kick will be taken by a 2022 Special Olympics Team Ohio athlete, while the Club's Hard Hat Hero for Friday's match is set to be Special Olympics Unified Coach, Ryan Phillips.
