COLUMBUS – Columbus Crew have loaned forward Nariman Akhundzada to Turkish Süper Lig side Erzurumspor Futbol Kulübü through the 2027 MLS Sprint Season. Erzurumspor has the option to acquire Akhundzada permanently at the end of the loan.
Akhundzada joined the Black & Gold from Azerbaijan Premier League club Qarabağ FK on Feb. 10, 2026. The 22-year-old has seven appearances in MLS play and two appearances in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup this season.
