The Crew SC Academy has remained active throughout the Spring and early Summer, completing Zoom calls to cover everything from Style of Play emphases to weekly leadership meetings, all in an effort to make sure the Academy hits the ground running at full capacity in the near future.
Recently, as part of the Academy's recent initiatives, U-15 Head Coach Evan Fuhs completed his Captain Class Leadership Seminar, a multi-week discussion-based program on leadership for select players of all ages.
As part of the Academy's off-the-field sessions, Fuhs led discussions covering Sam Walker's book, "The Captain Class: A New Theory of Leadership" with select players from the Academy teams.
In the video above, Club President & GM Tim Bezbatchenko joined for the final class back in mid-May and shared his thoughts on organizational leadership while complementing our players on their composure and thoughtfulness.
