Festival Latino Kickoff Dance Party

TIME: Friday, August 11 – 6-9 pm
PLACE: Lower.com Field – Community Plaza

Music, food, and lots of space to dance. Join us at the home of the Columbus Crew to “kick off” Festival Latino 2023! Food trucks will be on site, and local artists will provide the rhythm and music that makes Festival Latino THE place to celebrate Latin culture. PARKING: Parking is available in the Arena District.

TICKETS: This is a free non-ticketed event.

ENTRY GATES: Guests will enter through the ramp of the AEP Gate at Lower.com Field. All guests will be required to go through security screening and all bags will be checked.

GUEST CONDUCT: Please be courteous and respectful to other event attendees and refrain from behavior that interferes with other’s ability to enjoy the event. Guests must follow the direction/instructions of all Crew staff regarding stadium operations, policies and emergency response procedures.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: 

• Chairs or stools 
• Blankets are permitted but must be unfolded prior to entry. 
• Outside food or drink 
• Alcohol is strictly prohibited. 
• Drones, Flares, smoke bombs, and pyrotechnics 
• Hoverboards or skateboards 
• Illegal drugs 
• Laser pointers 
• Laptops or tablets 
• Firearms & Weapons of any kind (regardless of concealed carry Permit) 
• Pets or animals not serving as service animals.

BAG POLICY: Outside bags and strollers are permitted but will be subject to a security check.

GUEST AMENITIES: 

• Lower.com Field is a cashless venue – Cash 2 Card Kiosks are located in the Pub. 
• Concessions – No outside food or beverage is permitted. There will be concessions available. 
• Restrooms – Men’s and women’s restrooms are available on the Chase Plaza  Smoking/Vaping – Lower.com Field is a smoke, tobacco and vape free venue 
• Merchandise – There will be no merchandise sales.

GUESTS AREAS: The Chase Plaza and Pub will be open for guest use. Food trucks will be available for food purchases.

ESTACIONAMIENTO: El estacionamiento está disponible en el Arena District.

ENTRADAS: Este es un evento gratuito sin boleto.

PUERTAS DE ENTRADA: Los invitados ingresarán por la rampa de AEP Gate en Lower.com Field. Todos los invitados deberán pasar por un control de seguridad y se revisará todo el equipaje.

CONDUCTA DEL INVITADO: Sea cortés y respetuoso con los demás asistentes al evento y evite comportamientos que interfieran con la capacidad de los demás para disfrutar del evento. Los invitados deben seguir las indicaciones/instrucciones de todo el personal del Crew con respecto a las operaciones del estadio, las pólizas y los procedimientos de respuesta ante emergencias.

• Sillas o taburetes 
• Cobijas están permitidas, pero deben desplegarse antes de la entrada. 
• Comida o bebida del exterior 
• El alcohol está estrictamente prohibido. 
• Drones, bengalas, bombas de humo y pirotecnia 
• Hoverboards o patinetas 
• Drogas ilegales 
• Punteros láser 
• Computadoras portátiles o tabletas 
• Armas de fuego y armas de cualquier tipo (independientemente del permiso de portación oculta) 
• Mascotas o animales que no sirven como animales de servicio.

PÓLIZA DE BOLSAS: Se permiten bolsas y carriolas externas, pero estarán sujetos a un control de seguridad.

COMODIDADES PARA HUÉSPEDES: 

• Lower.com Field es un lugar sin efectivo: los quioscos Cash 2 Card están ubicados en The Pub. 
• Concesiones: no se permiten alimentos ni bebidas del exterior. Habrá concesiones disponibles. 
• Baños: los baños para hombres y mujeres están disponibles en Chase Plaza 
• Fumar/vapear: Lower.com Field es un lugar libre de humo, tabaco y vapeo. 
• Mercancía – No habrá venta de mercancía.

ÁREAS DE HUÉSPEDES: El Chase Plaza y The Pub estará abierto para uso de los huéspedes. Los camiones de comida estarán disponibles para la compra de alimentos.
