Daniel Hicker — Director of Performance

Daniel Hicker joined the Crew as the Director of Performance ahead of the 2021 MLS season. He had previously worked for the San Jose Earthquakes, where he served as the Club's Head of Athletic Performance & First Team Strength Coach from 2017-2020.

Hicker's previous experience includes working for U.S. Soccer, the San Jose Sharks and Santa Clara University.
