Bryan Rodrigues — U13 & U14 Head Coach & Program Lead

Bryan Rodrigues is the U13 & U14 Head Coach & Program Lead for the Columbus Crew. Before joining the Crew, Bryan served as a U13 & U14 Head Coach for Cedar Stars Academy – Monmouth (MLS Next) in Monmouth, NJ, for one year. Furthermore, he also served a 4-year tenure at New Jersey City University Men’s Soccer (Division 3) as an Assistant Coach & Recruiting Coordinator, from 2019 to 2022. During his time at NJCU, he helped the program get its first conference win since 2013 and its first conference playoff appearance since 2008.

Rodrigues’s previous experience also includes working for the SC Vistula as U14 Head Coach & Head of Individual Development from 2020 to 2021. He also served as a Video Scout for Oklahoma City Energy Football Club (USL Championship) for the 2020-2021 season. Lastly, from 2017-2019, Bryan worked as a U12 Head Coach & U15 and U19 assistant coach for youth team Kearny United.

Bryan played in college for Reinhardt University (Canton, GA) from 2015 to 2017 and Rutgers University – Newark (Newark, NJ) from 2017 to 2018. During his time at Rutgers Newark, Rodrigues helped his team win its first conference championship in school history and to a D3 NCAA Tournament Appearance before graduating with a degree in Business Management. Prior to his collegiate days, Bryan played in Portugal during his youth career. Bryan holds a UEFA B License & USSF C License.
